The Trojan Horse: Myth or fact

We have all read about the Trojan Horse from the book the Illiad and we have seen films depicting the great cunning skills that the Greeks had shown when they built the wooden horse as a "gift" to the Trojans while all along their own men were hinding inside waiting to strike. But one question still remains: is the Trojan Horse a myth or fact?  Many people have tried to prove that this great wooden horse was the real thing, but we have recently found to prove that the Trojan Horse is nothing more than just a myth. The truth about the destruction of the great city of Troy was by an earthquake, not by Greeks hiding in a wooden horse. When we finally caught up with an archeologist, Cline, we asked him what he had to say about destruction of the city of Troy, he had this to say, "Homer may have taken the description of Troy 6 and the destruction of Troy 7, and, using poetic license, blurred the two into one ten-year-long war." Well there you have it folks, the truth about the the Trojan Horse finally comes to light. This has been History Mythbusters! Bringing you historical truth!
